Known Honda Problem

I was having problems with the car losing power, shaking, and running the code P2646 code (for “A” Rocker Arm Actuator System Performance/ Stuck Off (Bank 1)). My mechanic replaced the solenoid, cleaned the screens and oil pressure switch. I am still having problems with it, albeit, not all the time.

Any suggestions?

Is the oil level correct and the correct weight of oil used? Was it replaced it a Honda part or aftermarket. Also year/make/model helps for further information.
