Front bumper cover loose

Hello, I own a 2017 Hyundai Accent SE Hatchback that I purchased in May. Recently I noticed that the front bumper has came loose on the passenger side. I visited a repair shop and they recommended getting it glued back on at a local body shop. They said it appeared the bumper had came loose before on the passenger side and had been repaired at that time. They said they could try to glue it back on and it would cost $125 but if the bumper comes loose again it would have to be replaced. I have looked into the cost of replacing the bumper and I would rather not do that if necessary but I also don't want to waste $125 if it is going to eventually come loose again. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated!
