Headers QUESTION!

Ok, im kinda of a car newbie soo i don't know. i heard that the basic upgrades to your car would be INTAKE, EXHAUST, and HEADERS! well i know what the intake and exhaust do, but what exactly do i get by getting lets say the headers from rksport.com? i already have headers on my 2000 2.2L cavalier why would i want to get another? or is there a difference from stock headers and rksport.com headers? how do i know that they are better and what do they do (headers) ????

to answer ur questions, headers from rksport r replacements for the stock headers. they r better than stock headers b/c they allow exhaust gases from the engine to leave quicker, making u go faster.

but by doin these basic mods (air intake, exhaust, headers....) ur not goin get alot of increase in performance that u might expect to find in a honda civic, that's just the way it is w/ cavaliers. big boost requires big money: superchargers, turbo, nitrous, engine rebuild. if u got the money, do that first. but i hoped i helped u out and good luck w/ ur car.
