Key/ Key transmitter

I recently ordered a 2nd key/ transmitter NOT a key fob, from Kia dealer. The key alone was 45 bucks. The transmitter another 250 bucks. The transmitter is only for locking/ unlocking the doors & the trunk. I baked as I thought this was very pricey. They said it was pretty standard. Any one with experience with the price of these?
