2015 Dart problems.

Sorry there is no sub-forum for the Dart, so I hope it's ok to post in this one. My wife owns a 2015 Dart SXT 2.4L. When driving down the road it start to flutter when she pushed on the gas. She has to turn the car back off and on to get it running right again. At first I thought it may be the fuel pump going out. But was told it may be the T-10 relay. I have looked all over the net and can't find anything that is a T-10. Anyone know why the car is doing this?

Also instead of posting another post. The car will say it is running hot when it's not. We again have to turn the car off then back on for it to run right. Any ideas?
