Where is emissions sticker on 2020 GTC?

I live in California and am trying to purchase a used 2020 GTC from another state. The car has only 600 miles and therefore is still considered “new” by California DMV and must meet California emissions to be registered here. The broker selling the car cannot locate the emissions sticker to confirm it’s a “50 state” car. I have a 2015 GTC and on that car my sticker is underside of hood drivers side near windshield. There’s nothing under the hood of the 2020. This has the potential to kill the deal. Anyone know where to look for the emissions sticker? Maybe someone has a 2020 and can look under their hood?
