Troubleshooting loss of power

Morning all.
2011 Nissan Rogue SV, 150k miles.
On long trips (four hours or more), randomly experiencing what feels like a loss of power. Car still goes, but accelerates VERY slowly and tops out at about 50mph (which is bad when it happens on the interstates).
When it happens, we pull off, park, turn the engine off, give it a few minutes and then turn the car back on and everything seems fine again.
Any thoughts on what this could be? Thanks ahead of time.
