02 Crv problems again. Electrical issues??

Okay so back in December of last year we put in a new alternator, new battery, and at the beginning of this month the CRV died yet again. No crank on starting so we’re like “okay it’s the starter” so we replaced the starter yesterday. Still not starting, not turning over, there’s a click in the starter when we turn the key, and a click under the under hood fuse box, and a click again from each as we release the key, also you can hear the fuel pump engage. That’s it. Engine is not turning over, battery is tested and fully charged. Please help because I am beyond stumped at this point.
