Battery keeps dying

So my 2006 Dodge charger battery keeps dying and when I turn the car off and open the driver door and take the key out my electric windows still continue to work and my open trunk icon stays continuously.. is something maybe staying on killing my battery? I don't think it's the alternator cuz we tried taking the neg terminal off the battery while car was on and it didn't shut off but my lights inside the car did dim.. please help I'm so frustrated with this car.

There is definitely something staying on killing the battery. To figure out what it is you need to perform a parasitic draw test. There is a good video on YouTube by ErictheCarGuy of how to do this with a multimeter.
