Escort Strut tower repair

Hi Folks

I have an Escort with rusted out rear strut towers. I was told that there is a repair part for this. Any ideas where they can be had?

cut out the rust and weld in some sheet metal

I believe you can just replace the strut hat. Should also be called the strut bearing.
