blutooth connectivity stopped

I replaced the battery in my 2016 Acura TLX / 2.4 and now the cell phone will not connect via blutooth? Is their some secret that Acura is keeping hidden so we cannot replace our batteries any more.
I installed a direct replacement Interstate for $73.95. Acura wanted $143.00.
