2004 Envoy Won't Start After Fusebox Replacement

Hi, everyone.

I recently purchased a 2004 envoy that had the fusebox under the hood short out and melt. I replaced the fusebox with the exact numbers as the old fusebox. Most of the wires in the two blocks I replaced were able to be reconnected, but around 10 needed to be spliced. After doing this, everything works, but the engin won't turn over and start. Battery was tested and is good. Replaced the main fuse connected to the fuse box and everything seems good, but it won't crank.

Could someone please help me out? I'm completely at a loss. Thanks in advance.

You need to check if you are getting 12v to the starter. So what do the dash lights do when you try to start?

Hi. Thanks so much for replying. When I turn the key, it acts like it's trying to start, but it like it's not getting the signal. All the dash lights are working. I even tried leaving the key on and jumping the started. It turns over, but won't fire.
Again, thanks so much for your help.
