To the model kit gurus here, anyone know where I can find the wheel style mentioned on topic? Of course not all the wheels ever made have been reproduced in scale form, but the more similar the better.

They are 1/18, I am assuming he wants them in 1/24. If he looks at BNAmodelworld.com (the ebay seller you linked to) they may have them in 1/24.
