Hello all. I am at a loss as to what to do. Long story short, my MDX was running low on oil so I filled it up, and checked the the next few days and it was slowly lowering. Checked the coolant, no oil. No coolant in the oil either. I decided to pull the plugs to check them, as well as do a compression test. Pulled the first 3 plugs, one came in at 180, the other two at 205 respectively. Got the first two plugs in no problem, but the 3rd didn't go in right. You could feel it thread, but it never got tighter. So I backed it back out and the spark plug end was broke. Thought I may have cross threaded it or something so I tried it again with another plug, with the same result....broken tip. Used my phone to take a couple pics down the hole and it looks like something is in the bottom. I also took a picture of one of the other holes for comparison and they are definitely different. I stuck a magnet down the hole, tried vacuuming whatever it is out to no avail. Any body have any ideas? I am obviously not a car guy, just understand the very basic stuff so any guidance/insight would be greatly appreciated.

The first two pics are of the bad hole, the third pic is for comparison to what it should look like.

To me it looks like the bottom end of a plug. You're going to have to get an extractor or something to get a bite on it to get it screwed out.
