S-10 non start problem

I've got a 2002 S-10 which up to this point has run fine. Drove it and parked it a couple days ago no I go out to start it and all it will do is turn over not even a catch. Battery is good, and like I said, I've had no problems with it. I looked over the wiring which from what I could see looks okay. There's a possibility it could be a circuit breaker or fuse however I have no idea which one if that's the case. But the thing that puzzles me is the truck ran fine one day now it won't even start

Any circuit breakers used are auto-reset (thermal). Most of the system is fused.

When the ignition is first turned on (without cranking) can you hear the fuel pump run for about two seconds?

Can you remove the coil wire (easily accessible on the right side of the intake) and have an assistant crank it briefly to check for spark?

Reply to Blue Bowtie; I'll give that a try tomorrow, and thanks for giving me a place to start When I crank it and there isn't even a catch My first thought is no spark. I'd just like to know why one day it's running fine then the next...nothing.

If spark is ok, spray carb cleaner into the intake and see if it starts....

If it starts with carb cleaner and stalls-- then Whoooooop the fuel tank (palm of your hand) while someone else is cranking the engine--this is dead give away that you need a fuel pump if it starts. Done this a dozen or more times in my life- lets you drive it home- and tells you what the issue is....
