Looks like a mower carburetor float bolt. Any tool you can get on it. It's normally not on very tight.

Yea I ended up having to use a 15mm 12pt socket and beat it on it so itd fit tight as 16 was way to big just to remove itLooks like a mower carburetor float bolt. Any tool you can get on it. It's normally not on very tight.
