If you haven't,
1. Trace the wiring for continuity from the CPS to the ECM.
2. Clean both sets of contacts of the CPS with electronics spray.
3. See if you can't temporarily replace the ECM with one that you know works.
Do you have a maintenance manual for your vehicle?

1. Trace the wiring for continuity from the CPS to the ECM.
2. Clean both sets of contacts of the CPS with electronics spray.
I will do what as recommended.
Will update the result.

Check the resistance between the terminals of the CPS. (I know it's new)
Cold 835 – 1,400 ohms
Hot 1,060 – 1,645 ohms
If it's bad, buy a DENSO or NGK sensor, only.

Solved
Check the resistance between the terminals of the CPS, found that broken wire. No engine light
Thanks
