I have been trying to reach them too - using an email address they Kyoko has previously replied from. So far, no luck.

Sounds like your getting the cold shoulder. If they are receiving your emails its plain rude not to respond even if they can't help you with your enquiry

I just ordered a set of decals from them this month. sent and email and less than a day later got a reply. Decals were bought and shipped out a few days later with no issues.
