Opinions on 73 cadillac eldorado

There's one seeling for 1500. No devastating issues listed in the ad. 82k miles. Good looking paint job. Interior in picture looks used/acceptable. Is it just me or does 1500 sound low? What should i be looking for that this car is only selling for 1500?

Paint job is claimed as original. "A little rust"
