2006 Tiburon windows will not work

My husband acquired a 2006 Tiburon at an excellent price. He plans to flip it, but it needs some work. For one thing, the power windows do not work. He has checked all the fuses. He has used a wire to hook up the motors directly, and they work. We are going crazy. Please help!! Thank you.
