2014 Altima SV- Navi touchscreen issue

Today I Purchased a used 2014 Altima SV w/55K miles.
Issue is with the Screen on the Navigation System.
Being a touchscreen…. EX: Inputting numbers for street address. If I press the number 3, #1 is what comes up. Press #6, #4 comes up. Press #9 the #7 comes up.
No matter what screen I am in, its like that. In other words, Anything that I press within the “row” the extreme left number, letter or menu comes up.
Have you seen this? Dealt with this?
What could the issue be?
