2005 Yukon - Keyless Entry Module location?

I believe my Keyless Entry Module has quit working (no response with either fob) Where is it located?

It appears to be buried in the dash. #4 is the receiver, #5 is the antenna:

Thanks but now even more confused. GMC parts finder shows it in the passenger door as part of the lock/control unit. I will use your info to see if I can verify. Thanks
