Rough Idle

I own 1995 Dakota Club Cab with 135,000 miles. It runs rough and is balky for about 1 minute when started cold but then runs great. Just tuned up. Any ideas where to look next?

Did you replace the distributor internals? plug wires? There's actually a lot of things it could be.

Distributor internals were replaced as well as plug wires.
