09 nitro left vent

When I turn on the heat in my vehicle 3/4 vents will blow hot air. The left side driver vent will blow cold-cool air and take significantly longer to heat up. I've checked my fluids, and I'm not sure if the vent is clogged, it's the thermastat, or my heating coil.
