Denied access

Lately an extreme traffic has developped to my own collection of info based on my own website , eventually causing impossible access to the links I posted on this forum because my bandwidth was exceeded. I have now denied access from several IP numbers that show associated with bing or google engines..mostly related to searches from Russia. This means direct access to my files from a bing or google research there should be impossible.
However, if a bing or google search leads to a forum thread that contains links, , then access to my files from this forum will be allowed. Please report any problem .
