Hey guys!
First off i have to say this is one great forum!

This is my first 1/24 model and im sure it wont be my last.
Im only realy half way so far.

I would like to keep this looking stock with not to many racing stickers and i was thinking of painting it yellow.

Any tips with painting?

Here is a quick adjustment in photoshop to see what it would look like in yellow:

Yo Spoolin! This is Dark2G from the old HPI forums and RCZone. Good to see you on the forums! :bigthumb:

Coming out great. I'd paint it red, IMO the yellow looks kinda funky.

Changed the title of the thread to something more informative.

And as for the model, if you want to keep it "stock", you should make it a race car version, don't you think? With all the decals taht come with the kit and in the paint scheme that is noted in the instructions.

dont think ya need to lower the car anymore dude, other wise it will scrape the floor even more, its low already!! just get some new wheels or sumfin, that will sort it out dude.
as for lowering its easier when you are building the car rather than when it is done and finished. check out the how to section

Yeh i know that, I wasnt going to lower this kit but i have a tamiya Focus WRC and would like to keep it as a street looking car and lower it a bit.

Thanks heaps
