this is a roadtrek. in the fuel pump electrical circuit ,i keep blowing relays. I have bypassed the relay, put in a fuse, a switch on the panel so it could be shut off manually and it does not blow the fuse. what might be the remedy to take it back thru the relay.

Two things destroy relays, bad contacts/connections causing too much heat, or the pump is worn and drawing too much power. Even though the fuse isn't blowing you have to keep in mind the pump is designed to cycle on and off. The gives heat up and cool down time to the circuits and components. If the on cycle is too long the relay will overheat.
