Bumper covers (what VUE years are compatible?) 2004

I have a Saturn VUE 2004 with those awful grey bumper covers and I am wondering what years would fit the 2004?


Would a Saturn VUE from 2003 or 2005 bumper covers be compatible with a 2004?
