Stuck throttle

Will putting fuel injector cleaner help with what I think is a sticky throttle. It wants to accelerate on its own.

Most frequently a dirty/gummed throttle body and IAC will be the cause of random high idle and sticking throttle. This can usually be cleaned with success without a lot of disassembly.
