Heater core bypass

I have a 1996 escort 1.9. A few years ago my heater core started leaking. Being in southern ca we don't get too many cold days so I bought a 5/8", 90 deg coupling,and bypassed the heater core.. I had the coupling break after a few years so I thought it would be nice to go from the outlet by the temp gauge sensor which is 5/8" outlet to the water pump inlet which is 7/8" . Does anyone know a supplier for a straight raditor hose about 3 feet long with 7/8" id on one side and 5/8 " id one the other side....?.
