2011 Escape Radio problem

Radio went INOP, will not function at all. Removed radio from dash and unplugged power connector. Reinstalled connector, radio powers up but is on AM590 with full volume. None of the controls work on the radio, is there a sequence of buttons to rest? Thanks in advance.
