Dakota Purchase

Hello Folks,

I am posting this for my sister. She wants to buy a Dodge Dakota, used (about 8-13 years).

I have heard about some issues with the Dakota, brakes, transmissions engines etc.

Can someone please tell me if there are any years she should specifically stay away from? She wants a 4 X 4, etx cab (not crew) long bed.
