2003 XLT Crew Cab Rear Seat question?

I just recently bought a 2003 XLT super crew cab and was wanting to buy one those storage trays that go under the rear seat. My question is, how do you raise the bottom cushion of the rear seat. I already figured out how to fold the back cushions down and found those cubby holes to store stuff in. My truck did not come with an owners manual.
