also remove the glue holding together your car and weld the spots.

That's a good idea.
Make that a TURBO manifold:wink:

Its just a small MIG welder, so I can only weld mild and some alloyed steels. Not aluminum

you can weld your rims to your car, that way they wont be stolen
of course you would never be able to take the tires off then.... :icon16:

haha I actually bought a car once that the guy welded the wheels on the car.
It was a $50 Geo Metro... It was suppose to be a field car, but we didnt get that far since the wheels were welded on.

You should weld anything you can get your hands on! Practice makes perfect! And after you've got your welding down, I'd like a turbo manifold! Bigger piping too, but you'll need to buy yourself a pipe bender and practice too! lol

if you have a two-piece header you can weld the main header to that secondary pipe. i heard that it solves some rattling and leak problems

We should make a whole new thread about this. Chassis & Suspension dynamics...
Welding the entire frame so it is solid is not a good idea. have a little bit of flex in your chassis is a good thing (he he he I sound like Martha Stewart). But, only in certain places.

aluminum would be the worst choice for a manifold anyways. mild steel makes decent manifolds. i say go for it
