Security system lock down

2002 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7L Manual Tran
Has always drove and started fine. The other day I tried to start it and got nothing but red blinking light. I do not have a key fob but somehow think I must have engaged the security system. Will not jump start. Put new battery in but still will not start. Lights and door locks work sometimes and sometimes not....usually has to do with the blinking light. Have tried door locking and unlocking....did not work. Tried touching battery cables together....did not work. Any ideas or suggestions?

take it in to local mechanic cause it seems to be something beyond the forum can help
