I have repeatedly replaced the B2S2 O2 sensor on my Tundra 4.7L. I have used the OEM, Cheapos and Bosch sensors over the last 3 years. Every winter I get a "Sensor heater circuit failure" code.
ideas?

Never heard of that before.
You replace in the winter and it's OK until next winter?

Yes sir. About this time every year. The sensor doesn't even have time to corrode.

have you checked the 'bad' O2 sensor to see if the heater is actually bad?
I'm guessing the resistance could be checked with a DMM.
The FSM would say for sure how to test it.
Maybe the ECM is supplying too high a voltage to that sensor, killing it?
