How to adjust alignment when the real wheels are not alignment adjustable?

My Toyota Matrix recently had an accident, the other car hit my left real wheel, push my car to right so the right real wheel hit curb.

Not too long before the accident, I happen did an alignment check, the two real wheel was -1.4 and -1.5, which was almost perfect. After the accident, it became -2.2 and -1.1, which was out of balance. Because the real wheels are not alignment adjustable, the shop used some type of shim metal correct the alignment, is this acceptable? The report shows they are now -1.5 and -1.5, is this going to last long, or if I rotate tire, is it still going to be balance?

Yes that's how they adjust the alignment. It's not really non adjustable it's just a bigger pain than with adjustment bolts.
