Chevy Express Suspension Question

I have a 2007 Chevy express 2500 with 169k miles that needs a left tie rod end and a right wheel bearing replaced. Should I have both tie rods and wheel bearings done at the same time or just repair the damaged part. Also, what else should I replace while I am already working on the front suspension?? Should I do shocks and struts, ball joints etc... This is a work truck and I would like to minimize the down time. I would rather have it in the shop for a day to complete all than to bring it back multiple time. Thanks for any advice.

Sir, As I know that you just need to replace the shocks or struts when the shocks or struts need to be replaced. It does not need to replace other suspension. But you have to take care all of suspension parts' working regularly. well, hope it will be help for you.
