wheels differences? W-body?

why do yards list the stock steel 15" wheels for Lumina APV differently from all other models? i cant see or tell any reason or difference at all. same bolt 115mm pattern same 70mm hub hole, same offset. same everything. i dont get it? is there some unknown reason cant take an impala monte regal etc wheel and put it on the APV ??
