Electrical issue?

Hi all, I have a 1998 Trans Sport Montana and it has a couple of issues that seem to be related. I can drive it all day without issues until I turn on the turn signal (Left or right, does not matter). When I do this: 1). My cruise control will disengage, and 2). My ABS and Traction Control lights go on. I'm wondering if there is a bad ground somewhere. Any ideas? Thanks.

If bulbs are burned out this will affect the cruise control.
Watch the tail lamp and socket
