I have a 2002 Corolla automatic with 231807 miles on the body and transmission and just over 100000 on a head I had rebuilt due to oil consumption. I parked for about a year and now am driving it 125 miles a day to work and back and have a idle issue where when I start it (I live in Minnesota so it's like -degrees right now) when it's cold the car doesn't want to idle, but once it's warmed up it idles at like 1400 Rpms. I have no CE light and am curious if it sounds like a IAC sensor or not. Any info would be awesome..

Check your engine coolant temperature sensor.

Wouldn't that throw a CEL if it was bad?
I looked into it a little more last night and unplugged my Idle air control sensor while it was cold and running and it didn't seem to effect anything so Does that tell me anything?

No, there is no signal that your ECT sensor is bad. Your ECM always assumes that the signal from the ECT is correct. If it's not, the ECM makes your mixture wrong and you will run weird.

I just replaced my coolant temp sensor and thermostats and my idle hasn't changed. Anyone have any other ideas?

How about your throttle body?
Has it ever been cleaned?
Good luck,
