Altima Radio and Cigarette lighter electric stays on when car is turned off

Happened suddenly. The radio and cigarette lighter port stay on when the car is off. Not ACC but off and no it doesn't turn off when i open the door either. My car has never and does not do this. I removed the radio and tested the 12 v accessory line and found it putting out 12 volts with the car off. Also the cigarette lighter which also should turn off stays live as well. The radio is aftermarket but that doesn't matter as i removed it and the wire stayed live. The only other item added was a remote start 2 - 3 years ago. I tried a ECU reset. All fuses look good. I disconnected the battery for hours. Nothing worked. Tons of google searching points me to something wrong with the ignition or corrosion on one of the body harness connectors. Not sure which connector to even look at.

Thank you in advance.
