Clicking/tapping noise/ Tappets?

I think this is my problem and I dont mind the noise but just need confirmation that the car is fine not replacing the tappets, I read on this forum someone saying its fine if you dont mind the noise

Can someone advise me if I should get this sorted or if all is fine and just accept the noise?
