Hello Folks, one single question that is getting
me very confuse, does CAMBER affects one tire ONLY
while toe ALWAYS affects BOTH?

That tire wear could be caused by excessive camber (neg or positive depending of if that is the inside or outside edge of the tire) Most likely this wear is caused by the toe. If one side is out badly, it can wear only one tire. I suggest getting the alignment inspected.

I read some place that Toe affects BOTH tire, that's why I ask that question.
This car is pulling to one side and burning / wear my left ( driver ) tire
very close to that photo ( that's not my tire ).
However ONLY THE LEFT ( driver side ) tire is affected.

As GMTech said, get an alignment.

A quality alignment shop will also inspect the suspension/steering linkage for wear before attempting the alignment.
