Rusted frame piece

Bought a 2000 Sebring convertible the only rust on this car is a triangular piece just behind the front wheels and attaches to toe rocker panel... I'm trying to find a replacement piece to get welded in but can't seem to find one. Does anyone know what this piece is called or where to find one??
