I have recently replaced both my alternator and battery.
Before I replaced the battery, I had an intermittent whine through the speakers which was directly related to engine speed but it went away after battery replacement but now it is back with a vengeance.
I'm certain it's a bad ground but I can't find any reference for ground locations on this truck.
Anyone have a source?

Just took both terminals off, hit everything with a wire brush, spread a thin layer of dielectric grease on and then tightened the snot out of the bolts.
No more noise for now!
