What does resonated mean? I have heard it means "held in" but would that mean its quieter or louder? I am referring to a 3A Racing resonated tip.

With the resonator out, it usually means more noise! That's all!(As far as I know) Maybe a little bit power but the only thing you'll probaly notice is louder exhaust or intake. Your tip has probaly got silencer type thing in it. Is it JUST a tip???
