Thermistor Assembly Replacement 2006 Sienna

Has anyone ever replaced their Thermistor Assembly (the inside temperature indicator sensor) part # 8879022131? If so, where is it located and how difficult is it to replace? I have been told that it is near the radiator, but I can not seem to locate it. thanks all.
