Condensor / Radiator fan not running

I noticed the fan not running when the a.c. was on, so I eventually figured out that the ground cable assembly was bad. I also put a ScanGague2 in so I had a temperature gauge. Again the fan wasn't working, so I ordered a Four Seasons brand from Rock, and installed it last night. The new fan did not have the ground attachment on the fan motor housing or the attachment on the control module, so I moved them over from the old unit. The new fan still does not work. I am also seeing the recirc button turn on after having the defrost on for a few seconds. Help!? please.
