2005 Pacifica Liftgate issues, need help

My lift gate worked perfectly until about 10 minutes ago. It tries to open, it makes it about an inch and then closes and locks. The fob, dome button, and manually do not open the lift gate. The only way it opens is the emergency release in the back with a screwdriver.

Once opened with a screwdriver it opens fine and closes fine. The Fob closes the hatch fine, and the struts hold the hatch up fine. Once close, same issue, needs a screwdriver.

What is this? Struts? Actuator? or Lift Motor?
